what is the recommended dose or the dosage they used in the study??? and in bodybuilding terms when they say increased gh by 2-10 fold how does that compare to a gh doseage ran by a bodybuilder.

Good Question.
One study I read stated 30 - 60mcg/kg. That would be a dose of 7,500mcg for a 250lb BB'er @ 30mcg/kg??!! I'm thinking that would be one of the "high dose / relationship / effect" studies. Way, way too much and absolutely un-affordable for me. I think I've seen and heard of BB'ing testers using 500mcg / week.
Another question. If T4 increases the effectiveness of GH, would it also help CJC-1295?

i did the math and it appears ALOT cheaper to run some good GH than use an effective dose of this stuff. too bad, seems promising.
