Intro Mrs Lenny pics

First of all, I love my wife to death and she supports me 100%, as do I with anything and everything in life - we balance each other out...always go thru the prepping with me, trains with me majority of the time (she is one strong female), eats like a champ, and never afraid to get to the gym at 3:30am

She has never competed and just said the other day she is gonna do this thing on stage...she is very timid and shy, but works her ass off in all aspects, but is having fun with the small changes. It is her first go around, she is working with a friend on posing, etc...because I do not know the posing stuff for figure.

One more thing, she doesn't post on the board, she usually just hears what I have to say...she always says she doesnt have a whole lot of time for the computer thing...but I told her she should jump on here time to time because there are such great people part of this board and thinks she would get along with the other female competitors, learn a thing or two, etc...but her choice and so here are some pics by permission I am posting.

Very proud of her and she is doing this all herself, she sticks to the basics and tries not to complicate things - she likes to be healthy all year, so why not just hop on stage as well

She also is 8 weeks out as well from her first competition!

Wow - I was so surprised when I opened the pics! You said she trains hard, but I didn't expect to see an almost show-ready physique! ::ction-sm She looks great!!

She's already got the suit and shoes; looks like she just needs some fine tuning with posing so she presents her physique in the most flattering way. Which show is she planning on doing? We're here to help, so if either of you have any questions regarding Figure shows or female-specific issues (makeup, posing, hair, etc.), let us know!

thats so cool..I like how you said she just sprung it to you, lol....are you ready for her to be hooked?..It could happen its really fun once you get where you want to be shape wise and the peeps you meet at shows..I really enjoy that part...I am so new at this still and learning all the time, but If I can offer anything, I would be happy to.

you are one lucky dude, lenny...
not only do you have a supportive wife, works out with you, is interested in what you're interested in... but she's also drop dead gorgeous!
and those quads, hams, and calves are KILLER!!!

one thing i've noticed... she tenses up A LOT when posing... tell her that it should feel natural and she should be a bit relaxed. she shouldn't practice posing without a mirror infront of her until she gets a hold of it in front of the mirror.

trust me, confidence and good posing goes a LONG way in contests... soemtimes others could look better physique wise, but get beaten by the person who just acts, walks, and talks like the winner

also, do the best you can to boost up her confidence when it's time to go on stage... tell her to keep it in the back of her mind that she's there to have a blast, so just be yourself!

keep us updated man... you and the mrs are gonna kick some serious ass this year!!!!

Yes, she is very to herself and just works hard in all aspects and who knows she might be hooked...I know things are gonna get busier for us next year, so I know she wanted to do this show this year, but I really didnt know for fact till she did the whole figure suit and posing thing with her friend...but, I know she is building her confidence up that is why!

Small world indeed. She always says how cool you are to her and helpful, thanks for that and the comments. I do remember you, you are a cool person..I was prolly half out of it or hungry at the time, but I do remember you!

Thanks Alex! That means alot coming from you my friend and prep coach! It does help having her live the lifestyle with me...like you said we do not live for only 3 minutes on stage, but this is a 365 day thing. We are both pretty routine people, so it just makes things easier for us supporting each other!

Yes, she will gain more confidence with her posing each and every time she practices...she better at practicing then me Totally agree it will boost her confidence and make her display all her hard work the right way.
