Well here is my first pic. Its not that great and doesnt show much but atleast it something. Im the pic my stats were

Now i am currently training hard as ever trying to get down to around 205 with lower Bodyfat and more deffinition. :eek:

Nothing better then a full workout with Mr Jack Daniels and some sloppy canadian Pabst :p now thats an intro pic lol.

what method did you use to measure your bf?

a weird device a trainer told me to use , you hold it out infront of you and it calculates your BF%.
NOw that i think about and have read what other methods people have used to measure BF% , i am pretty much way off , i think maybe around 19-23%. Looking at others pictures of them being around 10 and 9% they are pretty defined. I am not.

yeh those body fat machine sucks,and they never work.
and you saying that you are 10% in those pics?
 
no i thought it was but i kno now it was way off
 
Right now i am not to sure , if i was to guess i would say 20% roughly.
I am really having problems finding a routine that would help in losing more fat , i used to just concentrate on just gettin huge size and massive strenght. I did become huge and damn strong but i wasnt very happy even tho i aquired what i wanted. I realized i wanted to have more deffinition then have strenght and size. Now i am really cutting down on everything , i log everything i eat and i do cardio EoD. Plus its hard to push myself to the limit when i go to the gym as how the people at my gym do not seem to like to spot me for some reason. Lifestyle Fitness is slowly becoming more and more uncomfortable.

who cares if people in the gym dont suport you,you doing that for yourself not for them.and if you doing well,so they definetly not going to suport you because you looking better then they do.
and its not about routine,routine will never help you get leaner.diet will.so if you know how to get leaner by useing food,sups you going to do well,and lifting will do the rest with cardio.
so go and do it for yourself.
