It's Offical...... Bulldog21 & Strongmind have tied the knot!!!

We finally were married on November 29th, 2008 in the afternoon. I don't have any wedding photos back yet when I do I will post them up.

Life has been SUPER busy these past 6 months. I competed ( Well I guess you can call it that...LOL), I took a new job, moved, bought a house, Natalie graduated and recieved her Phd, took a new job, and planned a wedding, then we got married....lol... I have never been this busy in my whole life...

Anyways here are some pics from our honeymoon I thought you guys would like to check out.

Oh yeah I wanted to tell you that my wife is also my favorite client as she had asked me to help her look the best she possibly could for her wedding. She busted her ass and it paid off big time as she was absolutley STUNNING walking down the aisle...

So about the honeymoon we stayed 10 days in Maui at the Grand Wailea hotel... it is a resort and spa on 40 acres on one of the best beached in south maui.... We did ALOT of relaxing and eating...lol.... We also went on a few adventures too... All in all it went way too fast!!

okay so here we go.....

Mental1- Dude whaty is up?? How did everything go at nationals? I seriously have been way out of the bodybuilding loop.... I am sure you heard about Jennifer Gates and her husband... Man that is so sad as I knew both of them and were friends with Jennifer.....WE were out of town when that happened...

Well nationals went pretty good...my class was very stacked to say the least. Didn't attain the goal I set for myself---but overall felt pretty good. Ended up in 11th out of 30 guys. I was in the second callout 6--10th but ended up in 11th??

Yes it was very sad when this happened with Derek. We have went on a couple of trips together and I was friends with them both. I was at the funeral on friday. We must appreciate who we have and what we have in life every day----because you never know when things might be different. take care my friend...we will catch up soon
