Hey guys thought I'd post a few pics from the Emerald Cup. I didnt get to meet everyone there, but I did meet Vulgar, the Knuckleheads, Brad Holibaugh. They are very very good people! I was surprised that I did win because I didnt expect to coming in to it. But after looking at the pictures it showed a different story than I thought I saw backstage. I knew I had them all beat in conditioning, but most of them had more size. I weighed in at 205 Friday around 6pm. I think by the morning show I must have been around 210, who knows I had a great time and the Craigs put on a very good show, except the messup with the figure girls scores, but overall a well run show.

I though I would share this photo with you. We have a similar body structure. hear is me on March 19 2005 @ 196.6lbs 5'10" relaxed front . I am know in heavy class. Comp weight around 206-208lbs. We will probably run in to each other.

You look good bro. I am a Canadian though and this will probably be the only US show I will do. This one qualified me for the Canadian Nationals. So now its time to add some size and get ready for that next year. Good luck in your future competitions!

Thanks bro I appreciate the feedback. And yes, its time to get HUGE! I am having a hard time not going nuts right now on the food, but I am taking it easy and easing off the diet to avoid a harsh rebound. Plus I head to Maui next week so want to keep lean.

LOL, well I have to be realistic. After the Provincial Championships (August 6th) I will be packing on the weight, but my goal is around 270-275 or so. I doubt I could hit 300 w/o looking very sloppy right now. Good luck in your guys' road to 3 bills!

Anytime you are going to head up here let me know man, we could go for some food. Not sure if you like sushi but we have the best sushi around out here and its all you can eat!

2 more sleeps till Maui. Cant wait!!
