I think I'm going to start a journal on here. Just to get this ladies forum going.....but I know without the women we don't have a forum. So guys....get your wives to join up and keep me company in here!!!

Tuesday (8/8) is 1 month post comp for me. I'm going to buckle down on my nutrition (yeah, I've been a bad girl!!! Enjoying my "cheats" way too much!!!) and step my training up a notch.

Look out USA's in '07, here I come!!!

Although...I'll be starting on Sat. now. lol. We have several clients that we're working with and they start their prep on Sat so I'll be joining them.
