well not much here that yall aint seen before. im about 5'10 or so.. weight is about 205, bf is about 13%, i have never competed, i really dont have the genetics to compete, but it had crossed my mind at one time. i have been training for about 4 years, and im 21 years old.

go ahead and beat me up if you must, but im not trying by any means to say im the next pro. hell id be lucky to win a novice class..lol

btw, my bad points are, chest, back thickness, and a wide waist! and more you see lemme know for shits and grins..

btw, legs are ok, maybe a little behind my upperbody.. i just hate doing them!! lol

I wish I had your weak points....you look great man....and you should reconsider the competition idea. It's one of the most rewarding things someone can accomplish whether its a local show or a national one.
 
any advice on gettign the chest up? i have been hitting incline BB for about 4 months now and still havent saw much progress. right now im just on 250-500mg/test, a little win, and 1.8iu upto 3.6iu of growth. im really liking the growth.

these pics were taken yesterday and this is after i lost about 20lbs. i was 228 and then i got into clubbing too much and taking too many tabs which basically ate me alive.. thats some harsh shit for your muscles..lol , but i think i actually look better at 205 than i did at 230, a little more solid and muscles seem to look fuller than b4.

Hammer strength stuff is allways good. I also think that pullovers are fantasic too. I do have one question for you though.....and this is in no way a put down or me telling you what to do. But damn if you are not gonna compete, why even mess with drugs, GH none the less. I mean why risk the health and spend all that money too?

You look great. You should seriously consider competing.

Work on getting your waist down. Judging from the pic, you probably need to target those love handles. Side crunches for those. Try DBs for bringing up the chest - presses - all angles and flyes.

You've got some good size, just need to sculpt a little. Good luck!
 
heavy ass bb incline, heavy ass flat db's, heavy presses basically. You look good, with some thickness all around and bringing up those traps and chest, you'll have something. Let's see the back though!

so are you saying its worth risking your health to get an applaud from 300 people in the seats, and a 5$ trophy. i think and hope we all do our own thing for the same reason, which is ourselves. unless you are a pro the only think you are getting out of it is self gratification, if you are a pro you get a little chump change to go along with it..lol

btw, im not trying to be an ass just stating my opinion. i have read other post where people ask the same question about diong drugs if you dont compete, but it just dosent make sense to me.. anyhow, no offense taken, and none in return..

maybe i will switch to a HIT routine for cehst so i can hit it twice a week.

Hey bro be proud of what you have done so far, and don't focus only on your weak points.
Look at Vander's pics when he was your age. Was he that much better than you? I don't think so. Now, look at what he is today...

you look good... my chest has been my biggest weakpoint until i did DoggCrapp shit.... all i do is incline db/bench, hs flat bench, hs wide chest/super chest whatever its called.... i've just been doing heavy pressing.... really helped.. no sissy foo foo flies or anything

delts and arms look good too
 
i guess i just feel shitty about my body cause i know what all my flaws are, and i feel everyone else notices the same weakpoints i have. its stupid, if i go to a public pool i dont even wanna take my shirt off and my friends are like man you are crazy. i guess its psychological more than anything..

man w/ every post i just keep getting more focused on hitting chest monday, its a crazy feeling, i just wish i could get some ephedrine for an even better workout.

i have it all planned out, DB inclines, HS flat, and call it a day, no flies.

i just started a diet like 2 weeks ago, i just wanna get my bf down, im not focusing on percent as much as the mirror. when my abs are pretty noticeable and love handles creep in a bit im going to bump up the cals and try to add some more lean mass.

i never expected to throw up a pic and get such motivation out of it... thanks for the support..

I would stay away from Hammer machines. I see Pickels likes to do them, and he looks good in his pics (except for the mangina one...LOL) but I don't think you get the same dense muscle using machines as you do from db and smith or barbell. I use three pressing movements, incline smith, decline smith, and the FLEX mahcine flat (best machine I've ever used). If you do flat db's, incline smith, and say db flyes...and continually increase your weights to keep progressing, I'd say you'd get that chest up. The key is HEAVY, keep weight progressing and stay to 6-8 reps.
 
THIS WORKS BELEIVE ME

Ok here is an exercise handed down to me by an old bb vet named Jamie he called it the casket lol im not sure why ?. oh i know why cause your hands come down to your chest whith one hand over the other lol thats why and all this time i thought hed lost his mind ahahah anyways.

You simply take one 90lbs dumbell or whatever weight you desireand place one hand over the other grabbing the handle real tight , set a bench to a big incline and lay the weight on chest hands crossed like your in a casket lol then push up and watch how fast the upper chest becomes fuller. \


so heres what ya need 1 dumbell 2 hands and a incline bench lol hope this helps.
