Here are some painted pics of me still drying though. Actually I am not gonna lie, I feel flat as hell, but I think my body will take care of that before the tomorrow, not worried just need to let my body do its job! Nothing special till show time and some better lighting on stage I hope

, but hey this will due...just keep my crew at promuscle updated.

Your front relaxed pose is very very solid bro!

And thats the best pose to master Some guys flair their lats out too much looking like their riding a Harley..

When you come out in the lienup and the judges size you up. in the groups.... you catch their attention in that pose right there.. Then they keep looking at the guy who stands out.

I have been in shows( nationals) where there are 25-30 in my class and you have to hold that pose for a while..

Even the regional shows with 15 in the class.. the judges willl torture you by holding that pose...l but.. You have to do this.... smile..and stay tight the whole time.. dont move around or shake. or jerk around..... just hold the pose..

Everything looks good. Your wide and looking full.. Its a good pose for you.. See the quarter turns are very important.....so nail those down.. Today..... practice those last minute quarter turns... Also..once you get a little oil on you.... you will shine up there.. Very good work...have fun.. i cant stress enough to smile.. look calm.. look like you own the class..keep us updated

You were correct alot dryer today and cant wait to see how it goes (have not had any water yet, any suggestion when to sip on some, I plan on drinking Plazmosis before prejudging 30 minutes before...love that stuff)...My good friend who is a heavy weight is competing as well, we should have fun...And I guess Brett Becker is trying to get back to the National Level scene as well and should be a great heavy weight matchup for my friend....should be fun guys! Just gonna relax and do this think with a smile!

Best of luck mate, dont think you could look any better the night before. You are in the driving seat bro. Best of luck, start to sip and reinterduce water when you start to flatten out and keep a eye on signs of spilling over but you should be ok. Everything looks good cant wait for pics. Well done.

WFT?? did he get first callout, then not make the night show? or did you just think he should have been first and didn't make the night show? or was he really in the first place running but got sick or something and didn't make the night show??? common bro, more info please

I think that W8terlifterly meant that he didn't go to the night show to see what happened.

I was wondering the same.. This guy had to make top 5?.. not to sound like a total idiot but what and were was the show? maybe i can find out some info.
