Pics of me taken the other day, at 192 lbs or so, thought about doing another show this summer its been three years since I've stepped on stage. What do you all think ?

Hey Sharp.

Your genetics are strong, more size to the arms for balance.
How’s your wheels look?
 
So I have that strong of genetic,... I am pretty small framed and jointed.......I have always felt like my arms were a weak point, when I pump em or flex them though in other shots it not too bad, my wheels they are pretty good my hamstrings are pretty strong, yesterday I deadlifted 480 for 4 reps on my last set. Any tips for bigger arms ? I need to tan as well it will show definition much better. My last show I was 168 lbs wondering what I'd be at this time around, any guesses ?

Bro im in the same boat as you. My arms wont go past 17" no matter how hard I train them. I've tried 1x per week, 2x per week, even 3x and nothing. My calves are 17.5", chest is over 46" quads 28" wide shoulders, big traps, but my arms and especially forearms suck. Unfortunately some bodyparts are just genetically bad. They will grow, just not as fast as everything else. I suggest one day of very concentrated excersises(cable curls, rope pressdowns,etc..) for around 10-12 reps and the next arm day go heavy with stuff like close grip bench, skull crushers, barbell curls,preacher curls,etc....
 
Its hard to put on arm size without upping your body weight. 17 arms at 168 lbs are not bad! You may have to get up to 220 or 240 or more to get close to 20" guns.

Damn, bro 17" arms at 168lbs is really good. How tall are you. Im 240lbs 5'10" around 12% b/f and my arms are only 17"
 
Oh my show three years ago I was at 168 lbs. I am not sure what my arms measured back then. Today no pump they were arond 16 1/2" or so, puny ha ha. I think I'm more of a power lifter I deadlift 515 no straps bench around 330 and squat 420, all natural at around 185 lbs bodyweight not world class by any means but I'm seeing gains and it motivates me. I am fluctuating around 189-194 lbs these days. When I get 17" arms and I will that will be pretty good.
 
I'D JUST KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO!

IF YOU ARE HAVING FUN BEING STRONG OR WHATEVER...THAT'S A BLAST. I REALLY LIKED POWERLIFTING...CAUSE YOU COULD BE HEAVY AND LIFT HEAVY..NONE OF THE DIETING HORSESHIT.

THAT BEING SAID....I'D POST A PIC THAT SHOWS YOUR LEGS...AND LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SAID.....GAIN A BUNCH OF WEIGHTFOR BODYBUIDING.... GET UP TO 240LBS....HECK THAT WOULD BE FUN FOR YOU, RIGHT?! :) ....THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I GOT MY SAD LITTLE ARMS UP IN MEASUREMENT AND THEY STILL AREN'T SPECTACULAR.

Yeah rite I have struggled to get up to 190 or so. I stay clean cheating to me would make me feel like .. well like I cheated. My bigger buddies joke with me all the time and say I have the beach body all the time. When I do diet getting in shape is pretty easy. I'd like to get up around 200-202 bodyweight lean. I stay round 6-8 % body fat year round.

I ADMIRE YOUR NATURAL STAND...AND THAT'S FINE WITH ME. I LIKE IT THAT YOU STAY LEAN YEAR ROUND AS WELL. I THINK YOU LOOK GOOD.

I THOUGHT YOU ASKED WHAT WE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU GETTING ON STAGE AGAIN AFTER 3 YEARS OF NOT COMPETING. IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD PUT ON SOME MUSCLE IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMPETE IN BODYBUILDING.

GUYS WHO RACE BIKES STAY LEAN ALL YEAR LONG TOO...AND I RESPECT THEM AS ATHLETES AND THINK THEY LOOK GOOD. I JUST DON'T THINK THEY SHOULD GET ON A BODYBUILDING STAGE. :)
 
Its tough doing it all natural but thats my way. I'd like to get on stage again sometime around 175-177. Thanks for the info ya'll. - C
