He's made massive improvements in his physique, but massive improvements in his posing are helping a ton too. There are lots of small tweaks one can do with posing to look much bigger / better.

it's an unbelievable transformation - but it seems to me that Keon has never put much pressure on any aspect before, i.e. he did 50% of both diet, training and gear and now he focused on everything and it's +m his amazing genetics and we have a turbo transformation

^^ but I will give him credit on training, the guy is fucking strong and trains HEAVY and hard. If he can achieve the same dieting mentality as Shaun he will be a force on that 212 stage! He has done well under Patrick's watch so let's see what they bring this year.

@b-boy that double bi shot is ridiculous! The way his waist tapers in, I don't see any weaknesses there!! If he comes in with the right conditioning and posing, I don't see how he could lose!
