Thanks for posting that Shelby, brings back good memories. This may be a fookish question but why do we never see vacumn poses with today's top competitors?

I guess is due to their distended stomach which makes it hard to do the vacuum. The last person i can recall doing it is Shawn RAy.

Yes, I believe so. He competed in a Masters show not too long ago.
