km2000 5 weeks out pics....

KM, Your conditioning is awesome for 5 weeks to go. Very freaky bro. Upper body is tight and thick. Wheels are diced.......great job. Now I dont know if it is the lighting or camera angle but I think after this show You might want to try to thicken up the legs. Your upper body tends to overshadow the legs. Condition wise your legs are brilliant, just need some more thickness, but overall a very pleasing look. Chiseled is the word that springs to mind!! keep going bro, your gonna be sliced to the gills come show time!!!

Five weeks out and looking hard! Nice job. Sounds like you start off lean and smaller and eat UP to the show. I've never tried that. I remember reading that Franco Columbu did it that way. I think I read similar things about Kevin Levrone.

Yeah your upper body is a little ahead of the legs. But, from the front only.

I think the downward angle the pics were taken from [maybe the photographer was standing on a bench] highlights this effect.

you should seriously consider sending out a group email to those competing in your show and tell them to save themselves the trouble of 5 more weeks of dieting...

i would also be interested in knowing how you 'grow' into your show- i imagine you stay clean up until you begin your prep and then begin your course?

this is the first year i have managed to hold my scale weight for the most part and lose b.f during a prep. couldnt imagine gaining 15 pounds in my prep though...

kudos on all your hard work. stay focused.

i have tried to bulk in the off season and diet dowm to the shows but it just never seems to work like it should.. i have had much better sucess growing into them than sgtripping down... my blood work is a lot better as weel in the off season...

ya my girl was standing on a bench in our locker room hence the angle, i'll have to have her sit on it next time to see if it make a differance...

I will stay clean all year (9 months) and then pick 2 shows that are within 4-8 weeks of each other and then start to gear up 3 1/2 months out of the first one... my body responds to this extremly well i get bigger and leaner and feel like a bull in a china shop when the prep begins... i dont use and stimulants or fat burners and usually start the cardio 4-5 weeks out with 30 min in the morn 4-5 days a week....

so do you stay strong in the offseason?
or do you get stronger as the show gets closer?
leverone didnt even train sometimes in the offseason,
then like 4 months before he would hit the gym, grow and smash people onstage.
ronnie does something similar, he takes some time off and gets smaller the hits it hard and grows into the show.

Its already been said but needs to be repeat...DAMN SON! You look great for 5 weeks out. But I will agree with old fella who I beleive said your legs are lagging a bit. Not that they are so small, Just that your upper body is so fuckin huge. hah great work!
