knee injury

anyone have similar knee injury. i hurt my knee about 8 months ago i was drilling kneebars with a partner and he got a little carried away and twisted my knee til it popped..swelled for about 5 days then swelling went down still slight pain but was bearable saw the physical therapist who said it felt like my knee was stable but 8 months later if i plant my foot and turn my body it hurts to the inside of my kneecap. i'm waiting to get rated by the VA so it can be covered for a reduced rate if not i gotta front the whole bill. im thinking it might be a slight meniscus tear but looking up the symptoms it says you shouldn't be able to do squats but i can do squats it solely the twisting movement that hurts.

same thing happened to me years ago. I could do squats, I got an mri about a year after the injury because I had some pain once in a while. it was just a sprain.

still bugs me the day after cardio but I have no problems doing legs

thanks for the reply matt! i hope to god thats all it is been a while though i figured it would be good by now...i just started some gh from a local guy, never ran growth before hopefully it helps out a bit.

Same thing happened to me about 4 tears ago. It swole up bad but I was able to still do heavy squats deads and everything. If I twisted or pivoted it would feel like it would pop out of place though but feel better within minutes. I let it ride all this time and then did the same thing at work but this time it was very painful. I got an MRI done and it shows that my ACL and meniscus were torn. I just got surgery last week. Fuckin sucks man. Painful ass shit
