You have a good 12 weeks of dieting left to do before hitting a stage at 5%. If I had a guess your about 10% BF and another suggestion is compete as a middle weight or light weight or else you'll have your ass handed to you depending on the competition.
THE GOOD NEWS IS.....YOU'VE GOT A GOOD PHYSIQUE TO WORK WITH. YOU CAN BE A WINNER IF YOU NOW GET LEAN. THAT IS WHAT WINS....FATHEAD AND EXCEL ARE RIGHT. I ALWAYS SHOWED UP IN MY FIRST TWO SHOWS 'BIG' BUT SOFT AND LOST TO GUYS WHO I THOUGHT WERE 'SMALL'. TRUTH IS I WAS NOT LEAN ENOUGH. HERE IS WHAT YOU DO...45MIN WALK IN AM ON EMPTY STOMACHE,,,,,6MEALS A DAY....CARBS AT 100GRAMS PER DAY.....BUMP THEM UP ONE DAY A WEEK..PROTIEN 1.5 X BODYWEIGH, FAT 20 GRAMS PER DAY OR LESS....CARDIO...WALK AGAIN ON TREADMILL BEFORE BED 45 MIN. IF YOU WANT IT YOU CAN BE AWESOME. I FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT AND BECAME A WINNER. GET RIPPED!!!
SOMETIMES WHEN YOU'VE BUILT SOME BIG LEGS/GLUTES YOU NEED TO GET A BIGGER PAIR OF POSING TRUNKS THAT DOESN'T SQUASH YOUR JUNK. MAKES YOUR SHIT LOOK UNNECESSARILY SMALL, WHEN THAT MAY NOT ACTUALLY BE THE CASE. JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU OUT, FRIEND. YOU WANT TO LOOK AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE.

In another thread you said you competed a few months ago...these pics must have been taken recently after the last show and are not current. Am I the only one that caught the Pro tan lines at the bottom of his feet in pic 3?
