I had a great time hanging out at the Arnold Classic! The bottom pics are the friends I went with. They are bodybuilding competitors as well. Brian in the blue shirt took 3rd in junior nationals and is training for the USA. Steve took overall at the Motor City Championships and was flown down to texas for a photo shoot by metrix nutrition. Both girls are fitness models and competitors. The single photo of me with the girl. She is a fitness model and owner of a powerhouse gym here in my state.

last name is Paz. He is a monster. He is 241 and still has abs. I think he's going to turn pro this year for sure. A lot of the guys at the arnold knew him. He's up and coming.

Well it's good to meet you again bro. I came by sunday and hung out at your booth. BK doesn't get along with my boss. as for him and i we're fine. I talked to him on bodybuilding.com i hit him up monday when i came back. he was sick. he's a good guy i get along with him.
