Ok here are my stats. I have been lifting for about 13 years and have used AAS off and on for about 10 years now. I am 6ft 250 with about 15 percent at this current time. I am looking to start GH for health, injury and to get lean. I am not looking for someone to tell me tighten your diet or anything stupid. I have done that and I am doing cardio 4 times per week along with P90x 3 times a week along with my normal banging weights. (i suggest trying P90x if you have not). anyway, at my current weight should I start at 2iu's? I have talked this over with a couple of medical friends of mine and they said that 1.5 would do, but they are doctors not BB. thanks and have a good night.
