Ok here are my stats. I have been lifting for about 13 years and have used AAS off and on for about 10 years now. I am 6ft 250 with about 15 percent at this current time. I am looking to start GH for health, injury and to get lean. I am not looking for someone to tell me tighten your diet or anything stupid. I have done that and I am doing cardio 4 times per week along with P90x 3 times a week along with my normal banging weights. (i suggest trying P90x if you have not). anyway, at my current weight should I start at 2iu's? I have talked this over with a couple of medical friends of mine and they said that 1.5 would do, but they are doctors not BB. thanks and have a good night.
 
2-3iu IMHO. Also, depends on how strong the HGH is. If you are using pharm-grade, I have found that I need less. Gen blues for example are generally not as strong. But like I said, if you get good stuff (could be gen blues), 2-3iu is an about average dose.

I now take it EOD, used to take it 5/2, before that, all week round. I think you will be fine with 2-3iu EOD. Good luck!
 
I was thinking of starting at 2 and waiting a month to see results, I agree with the eod dosing. I never really understood the 5/2 dosing. i dont think I would ever do above 4 due to the serious side effects, plus I will never have time to compete. thanks for your honest answer!
 
i agree that the dosage is very brand dependent. humatrope or nutropin from the pharmacy will have an effect at 1.5 iu. i'd use at minimum an HRT test dose with it.
 
I respectfully disagree with victor, on this one. The dose he has suggested is spot on. However, the eod protocol works when you bulk on hgh. For fat loss, it is best to do hgh at least 6on/1off if not ED.

For bulk, newer protocols call for using it 3X a week, 10iu+, IM.

For fat loss, I have noticed many using it EOD, 5/2, 6/1, and all week. I honestly cant say what's best, I just notice more guys going EOD recently.

That all depends on how old you are.;) At 40 and above 2-3iu will burn fat, above 4iu increase muscle, with AAS. GH is an overnight thing, take for at least 6-12 months. If you are in your 20's don't bother. You are a big guy, I know you don't want to hear it, but a good deal is diet. I am one of those guys, who believes in eating good all year. Yes, that P90x will burn fat, be careful not to overtrain. Best of luck in your goals.
 
I know that alot of my problem is my diet, but I have started working with a nutritionist and my cardio is up also. The reason I want to use the GH is to bring my body to a new level. I am not a person who can maintain 7-9 year round due to my body type. I just want to make a run and see what I can do. I do agree with you though. I am a very holistic person myself. I am also using it for a injury i sustained a few years ago to my L4. oh by the way. I am 30.
 
what is the best way to take, IM or SubQ. I know that IGF is taken IM would think GH the same. Any info would help, thanks
 
well what kind are you looking at taking that is dependant.... blues do 2 a day then go up to 4 a day... reds start 1./5 go to 3.5 - 4 a day
hygenz run 1 day till 3 or 4 a day
jins/gens 1 start to 3 a day

You cant say bleu,s take 2-4 a day and red 1.5-4 a day because there are SO many bad reds and bleu,s!
Bleu wont say its good and also with red, what matters whats inside its not what the flipoff seal tels you.

Good post.

The GH ligand (191 amino acids) has a 3 dimensional shape that is VERY important. When that GH ligand travels to and binds to a GH-receptor it makes contact with the two posts of the GH-Receptor at very specific sites. In other words two areas of the GH ligand will ALWAYS make contact with two areas on the GH-Receptor posts. These sites are always the same.

When the GH ligand binds to the receptor a "twist" occurs in the receptor and the part of the receptor that extends into the cell slightly twists so that certain elements can come in contact with each other. This is what activates all the important intracellular events that take place.

So IF the 3 dimensional shape of the GH ligand is slightly off (perhaps because of thermal shape change) then the "twist" or activation of the receptor could be weaker or perhaps of shorter duration.

This may account at least in part for the difference in quality among generics and between generics and pharmacy GH.
