Macronutrient Calculators

This is a total textbook newb question! Does anyone have a trusted/used macronutrient ratio/calorie calculator to use? I have found a few online all with fluctuating results. I have paid people years ago to calculate that as well as diet/training/etc. But I am not planning on competing or anything like that and am just looking for a ballpark estimate to guide my diet more. Something that I can trust to some degree. Thanks in advance!

There are dozens if not hundreds of them, they are all accurate, it's all based on the accuracy of your records, not their calculations.

I really like nutritiondata because it gives the breakdown of all micronutrients, fatty acids, etc. If anyone knows of one with more detailed information than nutritiondata let me know.
