This is a total textbook newb question! Does anyone have a trusted/used macronutrient ratio/calorie calculator to use? I have found a few online all with fluctuating results. I have paid people years ago to calculate that as well as diet/training/etc. But I am not planning on competing or anything like that and am just looking for a ballpark estimate to guide my diet more. Something that I can trust to some degree. Thanks in advance!
