Just an update on my guy John Simone. Six weeks out from the masters nats.

I have been getting working with john a while now and things are coming along great!

The dude is on track and focused! A great guy to work with! i wanted to keep you updated on how its going..

2. Needs way more quad, ham, glute development......that will hurt him.
3. Too much oil in biceps it appears......throws off physique

I have been stressing wheels all year.. but his upper body is so massive.. its hard for the legs to keep up.. but that point is surely taken.....

the show is tough.. Our plan is to come in as dialed in as possible with what we have to work with.. thanks for the input

Alex - John looks great - make sure he tones down the oil..I have judged him in the past and it was very noticeable....it looks alot better now, but still noticeable...

If it were me personally - I would cut his upper body training in half, and do way more leg work..

As usual Alex, you have brought him to by far his best level of conditioning- so kudos there- and well deserved. The guy has a lot of mass, but his symetry, proportion and general body shape are going to hold him back. If he gets the edge, it will be because of the trademark conditioning you bring to the table with all your clients

Alex has done an amazing job getting me to this point. We will be working even harder not only to improve, but also to bring Alex's crazy conditioning he is known for with his athletes.

John... you look as hard as nails!!! and lean as hell! looks like you're 1-2 weeks out! great job!

I agree that the physique isn't balanced... will bring down points during judging... but it's sure nice to have some super strong body parts that stick out, doesn't it ?

competition = down a couple of marks
real life = lots of "HOLY SHIT! DID YOU SEE HOW BIG HIS ARMS ARE!!!???"

That back is phenominal, extremely thick and dense with an amazing amount of detail. Damn good job on the conditioning!

I hope to see you bring those legs up in the future to balance you out...you'll be a force to deal with in any class once that happens. Good luck on your show!
