First I wish I did not read that you did two cycles, I hope you did a good PCT regime to get your natural test flowing. You are young and you should be doing things natural.

The key thing that you need to learn is that diet is the most important part of our sport, not drugs. If you don't eat you don't grow

Since you are lanky you have long muscle bellies which will require a lot of work as you need to add mass. You can do this by setting a good diet and training heavy, stay with the basic type of exercises bench, deadlifts and squats.

did 2 cycles of test E 250 and 400, i was 170-175. havent used anything in 2 months.

I think you should start eating some food and leave the drugs alone mate :)
 
ok , now that we know what your AAS experiance is ,what does your training and diet look like. I assume its not up to par seeing as you lost 10-15 lbs off cycle.

you appear to me to be one of those people who trains arms three days a week as their was no pics of anything else

Your young and reasonably lean which is a good place to start growing providing your willing to make the traing and feeding commitments

i was doing 2-4 shakes of syntha 6 a day along with alot of eating. right now its been 2 months since anything, i havent had protien or anything because i went broke due to losing my job to a car accident

best thing to do is search on here for an article by Big A called Training for Beginners. You'll find everything you need in there. When you've read that you will be a lot more knowledgable.

Its all about the types of food and exact amounts and progressing in the gym that will get you where you want to be. Saying you eat lots means nothing.

dude when i said i havent had protien i meant protien shakes... not protien in general as in red meat and such things
 
From your pics, I'd say you have a LONG way to go before considering AAS. You could easily gain 20 lbs of muscle naturally...granted it might take time...but it will be quality muscle.

90% of people that come to me for advice say the same thing....I bet if you figured out what you're eating in a day it wouldn't be as much as you think it is. Study these forums, there's a ton of info here that will help you a hell of a lot more than AAS. I won my first natural show at age 19 and waited 10 more years before I even considered any extra supplementation. Looking back, I'm glad I waited-I made nice gains in my early 20s with nothing but a clean diet and steady, consistent training routine.

more calories = more size

propper training + propper calories = more muscle

you need to learn both of these principals before going back near that needle

I hate to be a dick here man but you are thin and are not carrying much muscle. Drugs are not the answer, you need to learn propper training techniques and how to get some more calories in. Best of luck to you and i hope you dont try and up the drugs to compensate for the lack of the above...you will not be happy with the end result.

People that have trouble gaining size say that constantly, but I think their idea of "a lot of food" is quite different than people with experience. So what does your diet consist of?

Well, you will probally never see that in detail or one that is accurate. I see dozens of these posts and they all fall back on DIET!
 
You`re 20, did two cycles, and at 160 lbs. In addition, you still look like that. AAS isn`t magic bro, this isn`t Harry Potter. Learn proper work ethic and how to eat right.

a week that was all.
i was doing proper dieting while on it.
i know what im doing, i just havent had any extra add'ons due to no money so ive only been working out and eating. lately i havent been eating much cuz my new job we only get 1 break between 11am to 8pm so its kinda hard to eat while im there
