Hey guys just a quick question,
Is mgf produced independently of growth hormone or is growth hormone the regulator of mgf production in muscle cells?
It is my understanding that growth hormone stimulates the release of the IGF-1 gene. Then muscular damage will cause the IGF-1 gene to release mgf(igf-1Ec) rather than igf-1Ea...is this correct or does mgf production rest solely in the muscular damage and is regulated independently of growth hormone??
next...if mgf is regulated by growth hormone (asuming injected forms of mgf are not acting like mgf) then obviously causing a large rise in growth hormone after training would be required. I am under the assumption that the mgf splice can be produced for aproximately 24 hours following training. What I would like to know is is mgf production much greater imediatly following training and if there is a rapid decline in its production following training??...in addition to this what do you guys feel would be the best way to run cjc-1295/ghrp to maximaly stimulate mgf production?? I was thinking one of the following may be an optimal way of achieving this, what u guys thing??
Immediately following training...1000mcg cjc-1295 + 300mcg ghrp
or
following training...immediately 333mcg cjc-1295 + 100mcg ghrp, later in day 333mcg cjc-1295 + 100mcg ghrp, pre-bed 333mcg cjc-1295 + 100mcg ghrp

Thanks guys really appreciate this and sorry for the long post!
