This one is a picture last year in Aug. after dieting a little and no cardio, to help my wife with the Golds show. Now after seeing her do one and everyone always asking if Im going to ever do one now Im considering doing a muscle mahym..... I will post another picture of now tommrow. But the conceren I have is what should I wiegh in at?

Ive been trying to put on some quaility mass since the last pic...

Here I was about 10%BF and 193

My advice to you would be to pay no attention to the scale, just concentrate on getting ripped for the last 12 to 16 weeks before your show. Your goal should be to hit the stage at whatever weight it takes to be at your most conditioned.

If you want to be in a higher weightclass the time to address that is during the offseason, while bulking.
