Mirrors at gyms

You look at yourself in the mirror fasting, and you look like 6 weeks out. The same day, after 3 or 4 meals, you take some pictures with worse lighting and you look 15 weeks out.

Lol I'm 220 too shredded and I feel small.even though at the gym people always telling me shit like bro just let me have a few of your inches(which I told this guy that sounded gay af lol) or damn I'm working on it to get big like you and a bunch other complements. But I still tell my girl because we train together wtf everyone seeing because I sure don't lol.shes like babe you are huge.im like yea that's what she says ha ha ha

I've always wondered this for decades...i always look better in the mens locker room lol ...

i guess they do the opposite in the women's locker room to make them appear slimmer. .lol

I agree to a point about lighting has a role to looking better in a mirror.
Yesterday i was taking shower at my girlfriends house and her lights were dimmed and was night and i looked good in her mirror always have but noticed it with dim lights. So now the light theory isnt the only cause to looking better.
i also notice the gym has better mirrors in the cardio class room with the hardwood flooring. But again i might be just tripping lol

Honestly I think it has todo with the lighting.. my gym has an area just for posing and the lighting is MAJOR!

Funny story...back in the 80s my gym had 2 huge mirrors that were connected together...one was an exaggerated concave and the other exaggerated convex....we would all laugh at how just a few steps to either side made us look like mr america or some skinny dweeb!...
