thanks guys....i was 176lbs in 1999 in these pics..i took the last few years off and since then i have met and talked to phil and he revampt my training,diet and supp's and i have gained...well right now i am 217lbs 10% natual ...as i have been only training seriously now for the last 6 weeks..i was holding steady at 198lbs 15% for years and now things are great..thanks Phil

Phil would like to see me stay healthy so competing is something he is not crazy about for me...I on the other hand miss the shows at times but when i work them i am reminded of how much i do not miss it..it is alot of work and time...i did not even make the top ten at this show...i am 5ft 6 in...Too be honest i would like to do anther show if i can mangage to keep it fun..my goals right now is to be 230lbs at 8% by May...as far as a competition goes i will only compete if i can weigh in as a heavy 198 1/2 -224lbs...at 5-6 %..how well i would do is not a big deal but that would be the all time best i ever looked..the pic you all are seeing is my best 176lbs @ 7%...so heavy is whre i want but i have learned the hard way my health is not worth the risk for a $10 trophy and a hand shake...unless it comes with a weekend with REA on a deserted island ...

that's an awesome attitude to have... stay healthy and look your best just being satisfied with knowing you look your best. I hope this one stick with me.

the longer your in this game the more you learn that your health is earned and lost at whatever you choose to do..you can really beat the shit out of your body when your young but your body hides that secret till you get older then all the abuse shows up later in life....it dosent always want to be abused year after year and tends to shut down after a while and let the actions of misuse show up and run its coarse...use and abuse is a blurry line

looking good bro , but your side tri leaves space between your forearm and glute and its because of your hand placement , you need to reverse your hand palm facing inward toward glute.

About BBB

He is one of those friends that comes around once a lifetime. He is honest, upfront and an extremely loyal friend. I tease him a lot on here, because I want to see him for once get mad, hahahhahhaah. It doesnt work. His schedule is unreal, maybe gets 4 hours of sleep a night. I dont know how he grows on such short rest periods. The gains he makes when he is serious are unreal. The problem is that he either gets sick or has to work like 72 hours straight. All is not fair in this sport or in life. A lot of women try to get with him because he is known for having a HUGE SCHLONG, but I dont care about that. I dont like him for all of his money either. Yes, he gives me a lot of cash everytime I see him, but I just like having him around to hang out and chat with. Thanks for being there BBB!
