5'9 inches tall.I am 38 years old. My arms are 20 1/2 inches in those
pics.I'm currently 236 with 21 inch arms but havent taken any pics yet

My workout consist of training my arms and giving them three days rest and sometimes four days rest before hitting them again.

Biceps: 4 sets of Mr.Bicep curls 6 to 10 reps to failure
2 sets of hammer curls 8 to 12 reps to failure

Triceps: 4 sets of Lying tricep ext 6 to 8 reps to falure
2 sets of one armed cable pressdowns 8 to 12 reps to failure

My wife asked me a similar question the first time she saw me naked!!!!!

She asked how does it feel to have a sexual organ bigger than probably 50% of all mens thighs worlwide? I responded by say you tell me how it FEELS!!!!!!! lol

It's great to have big arms. I was fortunate to be blessed with good genetics in the arm dept from my dad and his dad.
