Multis?

Looking for a good multi vitamin, are mega mens any good the product is from GNC even though I dont shop at GNC I was curious because a co/worker of mine swears by them...

Most of them are about the same. Pick the most economical one, from a reliable brand. I used Mega Man sports, it's pretty much the same as NOW stuff

Since I am on HRT, I stay away from any multi-v with added iron because of increased RBC/hemocrit issues

I'm using regular mega mens right now. At first I was a little sceptical that I bought an over priced multi, but after comparing the labels of mega mens to 1-a-day, you'll see that mega mens is definitely the better product and worth ever penny.

I've tried a lot of multis (including the green source types). I like this one b/c they don't overload it with Niacin or Calcium, and it's Iron free. Sometimes I wonder just how much is absorbed with the brands that have 500 ingredients (especially the ones with high calcium content).
