yeah the MO state championships...Great show !!!

No im not going, its a good 8 hr drive from my house to springfeild, MO...So im going to pass on this one...But, if you can make it...Its well worth going to...I think my girls want to go to the zoo or something this weekend ...LOL !!!

Well the inlaws live just down the road about an hour, so it'll be a nice little break from there this weekend... I'll get some pics of it up when I get back in.

i competed in it last year. It's a good show and some quality competition for a state level show! Gustavo badell is guest posing this year as well..

I usually go, one year they had Ronnie Coleman, Chris Cormier, Nasser, Flex Wheeler, Vince Taylor and a whole slew of fitness girls there. That year it was awesome!

I'm actually coming down late Thursday night after I leave my office. My inlaws live on Table Rock close to Shell Knob. I think it's about 45 mins to an hour from Springfield. Are you in Springfield? I've trained at a little gym over in Berryville, AR the last few times I've been down there...

Im 30 mins from springfield.
If your coming in from Branson area then yea your about 45 mins from Springfield. I worked most of last year building a new school in Berryville Ar.
small little country town...I didnt even realize they had a Gym. I thought only the tyson chicken Plant and maybe a Burger king Naw, I met some good guys down there. Hillbilly as all hell but cool guys.

Theres a place youll pass on the way in called LAMBERTS in ozark mo.
Maybe one of the best places in the world for all you can eat Ribeye steak.
Home of the "throwed rolls" real good place to eat and reasonable prices.
