In these photos, I had just cleaned up my diet, but not yet started contest prep. I'm around 235lb @ 5'10 in these pics. Holding some water, as you can see.

Last year I had a severe IM infection in my right leg, and ended up in a wheel chair for a bit. Killed some size, and I have been trying to make it up all year. Still a little behind, but I should do ok.

I will be coming in as a light-heavy. Let me know what you think!

You are right, I have a little gyno. Luckily, when I diet down, it shrinks down and is almost not noticable. It doesnt bother me much, but if it gets worse, obviously I will get the surgery.

Take 20 mg nolva morning and night and see if that helps your gyno. Also I read if you shoot pgcl into it it will get rid of it.

Nolva doesnt do much for me, especially when Deca/Tren is encorporated into a cycle. Letro helps alot, which is one of the main reasons the gyno shrinks down while dieting.

Although I greatly appreciate the advice, I would like this thread to stay on topic, not how to reduce gyno.

Don't worry about the gyno, it is not bad, educate yourself there is stuff to take that away without surgery(novadex does not take it away) You look thick and proportion, you diffently have a future!

Yes, Femer seems to help the most out of anything so far. Been battling it since I was 19!

HaHa...I actually just moved into a new house, and havn't had time to unpack yet. My brother said the same thing when I sent him the pictures!

Thats not gyno. I get the same thing and it doesnt go away until im very very very lean. That particular hands on hip and certain most muscular poses make it prevelant. Many pro's have it offseason. Its water and usually doesnt go away until you lose all your water or add a shitload of muscle on your chest.
