Okay guys...

I'm gonna do A progress journal on my bicepts so I'll have something to go by and to amuse you guys:D

First let me say I have been working out on and off for about 15 years and I am 35 years old right now. 5'9" 180lbs.

I reached A point where I could not get my bi's to grow anymore so I must admit to the following help:
1cc synth inner and outer heads every day and 25mg dianabol.

The measurement was 15" two weeks ago when I began the gear and it is now 15-1/2".

BTW: I had to resize the image to upload it so please dont think I was trying to make my arm look freaky!

What is your goal

I don't think you need synthol man! when I first started I had 16 like two years ago... since then I have a little over 18inch.. just hard work and a simple gameplan.. consitency.. I'm sure alot of guys here on this board will agree... what are your stats... and your forearms look very weak... I'm thinking of synthol but I'm going to wait another 3-12 months to hit 19" thats just my 2cents before you waste your bottle...

way too early for synthol, they wont look right. I waited until my arms got to 18 1/2", and they were stuck at that measurement for almost 5 years!! Then I used it
 
not to be a dick or anything, but ur prob not liftin right, or ur diet isnt right. synth prob isnt the answer for you. what does your diet and training look like.

get off the gear. I'm guessing your a fairly young kid. Put in some hard work and some years of effort first. 15 1/2 arms with synthol in them will mess you up. It is meant to bring up lagging bodyparts. not to develop them.. There is no shortcut for the work load bud.

I appreciate the criticism about the synthol. The reason I am using it is because I have hit A wall after years of working out where no matter how much I push (heavy weights) the arms seem to lag behind my chest and delts.

My forearms ARE A bit scrawny, maybe from doing mostly preacher curls and tricep extensions.

If I post A few body shots would that help you guys in giving me more opinions/ideas?

I think your arms are proportionate to your chest and other parts. I would say synth is not the answer, mabye a good solid lifting plan and a solid diet. you should post up both and have those critiqued before you continue w/ the syth. just my .02
 
mind muscle connection

develop the mind/muscle connection by scrapping what you are doing, going a little lighter, using PERFECT form and feeeeeling the muscle work that is supposed to be working. extra e's added for emphasis. i've done gear a few times, but nothing has helped me like this and nutrition. i'm not doing gear again until i feel i have this down to a t. just sayin...

If it helps, heres the data:

185# 5'9"
chest 44"
arms 15-1/2"

Typical diet:

Breakfast: 2 eggs poached, whole wheat toast 1 cup of grits.
brunch: tuna sandwich & protein shake.
lunch: 1/2 rotisery chicken & protein shake.
afternoon: protein shake & piece of fruit.
dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, mashed potatoes & green beans.

Workouts:

Mon. Delts/traps
wed. Bycep/tricep
fri. Chest/lats

Thats it until I can get back to A gym... I know I'm missing alot because of the lack of equipment so I look forward to getting in there..

Honestly the best advice I can give you is to hire Phil Hernon. The time and energy that you’re going to put into this can be cut in half with the proper guidance. Work smarter not harder.
 
Protein

You figure that's around 190-200 grams of protein per day?

I won't grow unless it's at least between 1.5-2 grams per pound of bodyweight per day. It's a nauseating amount of food but it works.

I believe rethinking your diet would be a good place to start.
 
I had some problems with arms for a while....then i improved mine and even posted pictures. Do a search for the thread i started about it, i went into detail....i think it will help alot....
