Heres my bloodwork just got done this at the doc.
If anyone can give some insights on what are your thoughts.
Tryglecerides: 98.24 mg/dL , 1.11 mmol/L
Total Cholesterol: 218.47 mg/dL , 5.66 mmol/L
HDL: 56.35 mg/dL , 1.46 mmol/L Said he Hasnt seen This level of HDL for a long ass time, was impressed with this.
LDL : 142.43 mg/dL , 3.69 mmol/L - Said it was high a little Suppose to be under 135 ???
Serum Testosterone : 775 ng/dL - 26.9 nmol/L Said it was Pretty Good!
Dheas : 6.3 umol/L - I think its on the Low Side isnt it??
TSH : 3.3 mU/L - I think its on the High Side isnt it??? Im always on the highest Side....
Estradiol 104 pmol/L
Creatinine: 0,8249 mg/dL or 73 umol/L
Cortisol AM (8:00): 517 nmol/L ( 170 - 550) 18.612
Cortisol PM(4:00): 436 nmol/L (70 - 350) 15.69 Its too high in the Afternoon?
FSH : 5 U/L
Albumine 53 g/L - Said it was a little too High
Is there anything i can improve or something???
Lately i been feeling symptoms of Hypothyroidism, I sometime feel cold feet and cold hands alot... and my energy is neither high or good kinda on the low side....
I always felt cold and shit... I dont know if it had to do with TSH or anything... its strange... i went to see him for that... i should have got T3 ant t4... damn
Im 25 and not Using any Gear , just feel like shit since i thought i have thyroid problems or adrenal... and how do you lower LDL's ?? Niacin? Red yeast??
