Hi!! Mainevet, anwering some of the posts I am from Mexico city, thank for your comments this really motivates me with the diet and the training for my future events. I am sending a picture off season and the plan when I am getting close to a show.

The food plan is simple,
7:00am
6 spoons of whole wheat
1 scoop of protein (low carb)
9:00am
1 hour of cardio
Two days a week I work on my shoulders, since that is now my priority
Tuesday and friday
Leg day, Monday and thursday
Arms, back and chest on Wednesday and saturday.
11:00am
100gr. of chicken breast with greens
3:00pm
same as eleven
6:00pm
1 scoop of protein usually with water
1 grapefruit
7:00pm
I give a cycling class or fitness class from Monday-friday, I also do abs or calves.
10:00 pm
Fish and geens.
I take HMB, glutamine, glucosamine, antioxidants and vitamins.
8 weeks before the show the food plan changes a litlle, and the cardio goes before the first meal.
