My fiancee's Figure contest Pics

Mrs. Evil competed in Musclemania last year for her first competition but this was her first NPC show. She took 2nd in the Novice figure division this past Saturday, July 16th.
Her hard work and discipline really paid off and I am so proud of her!
She is the tall one in the middle with the purple suit.....

It sure does! And she doesn't mess around.... She is more disciplined than any male I have ever trained or prepped for a show! BTW, She also works the midnight shift as a police officer, not exactly the ideal job when trying to set a consistant 2 a day workout plan the final 7 weeks. It was a lot of pre-planning and packing with her meals everyday.

A few months with a mini off-season. Gonna keep her lean and focus on streamlining the legs more to match the upper body better. She has always had a hard time getting them lean but we made some huge progress. Then look for a level 4 show to shoot for in an open class and Master's over 30 cross-over class in the same show. Depending on how the progress goes and how she does, will decide then if she hits a level 5 a few weeks later.

She thanks you Miss Q! She signs on under my handle some times and does some reading but is not active here yet. We both agree, this (her competing in Figure) is very exciting for us both.
