I finally made it into a magazine! its a shot of me pulling my final DL of 683 to win the Georgia State powerlifting championships and set the 5th highest total ever for my weight class. I thought it was the 4th, but the results from another meet hadnt been posted yet. on well. Next step... make the COVER!

Hey Pump, i dont know Ken. Well at this point in the meet it has been going for about 7hrs already! But it was the heaviest pull of the meet.

Ken holds a few dead lifting records for the 220's. I believe he is right around 700 lbs. He use to bounce at a club in Chattanooga called Allen Gold's.

I think that is how it was spelled?
