Now before you guys beat me up this is a little back ground about me...
This is my first show.... I did no cardio and havent for over a year ( I know stupid ) but I really wanted to see how much a diet controls your results. Also I have not done legs for over 2 years, but I have recently started beings about 5 years ago they were huge.... I just got tired of buying pants to fit my legs and not my waist...lol. And my abbs...grrrrrr piss me off! Another area I seemed to forget about, but like the legs Im working on it. In these pictures I wieghed 170lbs and usually sit around 205-210 fairly lean. Plan is to wiegh in as a LH in October. Ill try and keep the pictures comming threw the next 12 weeks. Thanks guy's!
