she just won her class a few weeks ago and i am prepping her for the indiana state championships in july....trying to get her that overall title.

haa... typo my bad, i prepped her for her first ever show back in june of 2008 and she had won that, as well as the Southern Indiana show just a few weeks ago where she won her class there as well.

she is a hard worker and is 100%dedicated, the girl has alot of heart

well, i dont know who she worked with at southern indiana this year but i just sent out her diet and training i want her doing up to the indiana state show. she should do very well

i dont know whats goin on bro...i just sent the diet and training i wanted her to doing this last week. she said she sent me check in the mail a few days ago for precontest help. so i have no idea why shes saying that or not being straight with me. i was gona post a few pix for fun to get a "3rd" eye critique from people as we go along.

i wasnt taking credit for her past placings... but we all know that truly the credit all belongs to her for all the hard work.

she lost a tie in the overall for lack of hardness in glute-ham tie in...so thats what we will work on.

My New Coach

In response to the confusion below........AZBODYZONE is a friend of mine who did ''help'' with my previous shows.After being sick and stranded at home from the snow,i was way off where I wanted to be,so my girl Stefany jumped in and did the best she could with the time we had left.
However I have made the decision to hire Josh as my coach,he will be prepping me for the Indiana State in July, and all other national level shows i choose for 2010.
