Hey bros, just wanted to post my results and theories on my new regime for my Igf and pmgf usage. I was reading a lot of confusing threads about the right times and ways to use them based on there interaction with each other etc. I'm now sold on using IGF at 50mcgs post workout in muscles trained 3 x per week M, W, F, and using pMGF on Saturday 2 injects of 200mcgs and Sunday 1 inject of 200mcgs. This theory is so that MGF will not interfere at all with the igf throughout the week but still gives a chance for a blast of myoblast proliferation to start the week out with a lot of new myoblasts floating around to be fused. Been using this for 3 weeks now, and I've gained 3 lbs since switching from pegMGF on non workout days and igf on workout days. I've been running both for 7 weeks now. Cheers.
