Decided I might as well post my pics as well, seems like everyone is doing it now! I started with Phil back in early July, just after doing a big bulking cycle and eating like a pig. I was eating a very clean diet, just taking in way too much of a good thing. Tried the Gavin approach he has posted on this board but it didnt seem to work for me. I needed to figure a lot less calories/pound bodyweight.
Back on in July when I started with Phil I was 260 lbs, at 6 foot tall. I now weigh in at 224 lbs. I have lost 3 inches off of my waist and my strength is slightly higher than it was before. His training and diet have been working well for me. I am also on a low dose HRT now. Taking the LBA's and following Phil's advice on everything I can.
