I picked the last show of the season I have been dieting since June I was going to do one in October but wasn't ready for it. I am not waiting tell next season to get my feet wet. I think I have about 5 or so pounds of fat left in me then water weight. It is my first comp and so what ever happens it will be a learning experience. I don't think I am that far off the mark. This AM I was 150 I am 5'7 my bf % not sure. The guy that was helping me has been MIA. It is just a friend that competes so I wasn't paying him or anything can't bitch to much about him being MIA.lynx said:I like the green suit as well.

First of all I think you need to be much, much leaner. It is no excuse that this is your first show. You want the judges to get the best impression possible, don`t you?? You should try to stand out from the rest. And by the way, from the pic you posted, the other girls looked a little bit leaner than you.. I`m not trying to put you down or anything, but I know what it takes. It looked like you got really nice legs, but you need much more muscles in your upper body to get symmetry. You also need to work on your back-posing.

Remember you just have to give whatever it takes !!
