Myostatin inhibitor - where are we with this?

Does anybody got some info on Decorin, a small leucine-rich proteoglycan that acts as a myostatin antagonist?

Thanks for the feedback Jarconis, haven't heard of the eye problem yet but will look it up.

Does anyone know how to use Follistatin as this also a Myostatin inhibiter and already at some research labs?

Yeah it's not. It's basically like AAS in that it attaches it self to androgen receptors but the upside to SARMS is that it's supposed to only attach itself to androgen receptors in muscles and not the ones in your prostate, etc. This means no hair loss, no enlarged prostate, and no atrophied balls from what I know.

hey, I'm referring to that supplement they were selling about 5yrs ago, u know the one with the picture of a rat and cow...before/after
i doubt there's such product (I mean one that would actually work)available on the market

Yeah I remember those suplements and it was the next best thing and just died...
I've done some research and I think the next big thing will come from a Myostatin inhibiter....but more in the way of Fillostatin that is being research for muscle dystrophy related diseases.
I also know that there is already some research labs with this product. Luckily I do have some contacts in the muscle dystrophy department and thats where I get my GH and MGF from, so hopefully soos I'll be able to tell you more on this.

Ok im new to this site and came across this post because I to was wondering where the progress was with the myostatin inhibitor. Whatever was on the market 5 yrs ago was as fake as fake can be. The only legit inhibitor is in europe that was developed by a scientist looking for a cure to muscular dystrophy. Last year Wyte's pharmacuticals in New Jersey created their own form of myostatin inhibitor. The study fell through and the test results were never published. As for the pictures of the cow and rat. The cow has a genetic disorder where naturally his body inhibits myostatin. The rat was a subject from the european study and have yet to be tested on humans. Who knows if it's going to work in humans. 3 years ago science said that hyperplasia was far fetched and its just recently they discovered that some animals naturally under go hyperplasia, but still can't reproduce the effects in man.
