I had a great weekend..I learned quite a bit...I just need to get more conditioned..Also like to add more muscle..but hey i'll work on one thing at a time..I had great time with my family..and it was awesome..Had great time with Brad (b-boy)...Had me laughing the whole weekend..Great guy!

Can I ask which weight class yuo were in?

Thanks Dad. I was in the lightheavyweight class. I weighted in at 196 if I remember correctly..So for this year I would like to be 198 and tighter..
