Need advice: Quad injection - Leg/Foot Numbness 4 days post injection

Question for the Gentlemen/Ladies...need to check and see if I have a potential issue....

I injected 1.5ml of Masteron Enanthate on this last Friday morning and 4 days post injection I am having numbness/tingling/cool sensations down the same leg and foot. Is this normal or should I be worried?

I do not have pain/redness around the injection site so I don't think it's an abbess, though the last could of days I did not feel well and all and still have some bruising in the general area

Any input would be greatly appreciated

(My apologies if this is a re-post, I couldn't find a similar discussion in the search function)

Probably just got close to a nerve. It should be fine but if it lasts a while, i would get it looked at. For quads i pin really high and on the side of my leg. About half way from the top of the quad to the bottom of the ham and about 6-8" down from my hip bone. Great place for me to pin.

Yeah it's weird as any sensation that I have been getting is just right about the knee and downward towards the foot, nowhere close to the injection site so that is what is throwing me off/concerning to me

I forgot to post in my original post that I have not had a fever at all

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
