Can someone please PM me with some info on GH (Dosing, recommendations, etc.)

I'm former military, and my joints have been destroyed over the years. From what I collect running GH would greatly help with my goals.

Strictly for healing properties, 3-5ius daily is sufficient. Higher doses would be better for full blown tears though as healing time would decrease drastically.
