Need Professional help with diet!!

I started a thread "Getting big and staying big" (http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39727) relating to my goal that im having problems reaching. Im a male 6'-4" 225lbs and wanna hit 265lbs. Almost everyone replied saying I need to change my diet. Diet was never anything I thought about doing I just eat everything and anything. So I dont really know what i should be doing.
If anyone out there have a diet program that may work for me, I would like to hear about it. thanks

Basicaly.....

What everyone is telling you is nothing in life is free. If you want a professional opinion you will have to pay for it. You have been given very solid advice. Start a food journal and track your macro nutrients. I would be at least taking in 500 grams of protein. If you aren't paying attention to what amounts of macros you are taking in then you are probably under shooting it by alot. It is harder than you think to get in 500 grams of protein each day.

okay so does it matter how i get the proteins in? ex. more whole foods than powder r does it matter?

Everyones body is different, but the body will flush out more protein than it absorbs with shakes than it would with whole food. You drink 24 ounces of water, then you go piss what??an hour later. Thats the water you just drank. Now think about food, you eat it, and you pass it hours later, it has to be broken down and digested slowly allowing for the uptake of more protein. I personally typically only use a shake post work out, and a shake before bed. The rest of my protein comes from whole foods, unless i am short on time.
 
I would hire Phil Hernon. He knows what it takes to get to the size you want, becuase hes been there and hes helped others get there.

I will also offer advice on dealing with ex girl friends........:)

I think i have already found the solution...

1. add carbs/junk food back into diet

2. focus on things you love to do

3. get someone hotter :D

PHIL HERNON


You do have a good build up top though, so obviously you are doing something right. You just need better direction. PHIL HERNON will get you there, trust me.
 
Talk to PHIL. You will freak out when you hear his plan at first b/c im sure its totally backwards of what you have always been taught but give it time and you will be happy for sure. Plus, he can amuse you with amazing stories like the ex g/f/motorycle story which was the best of all times. Needs to be a stickie.
