Ok im a few shy of 30, 187 pounds and stand 6'2'' and bulking my way up to 220 or more if i can then im going to cut for my novice show in march...and yes im going to win:D

Here are a few pics of me.

Yes im still skinny, but it's VERY hard for me to gain weight due to my high metabolism................"Hardgainer" does'nt even scratch the surface...lol

Props to Trapmeat for showing me this site, If he goes by that handle here:confused:

EDIT: pics 1 and 4 are this month.....Pics 2 and 3 are about 2 months ago before bulking started. You can see i got some extra chub on me now....

You were looking better before you started bulking. Do not lose your abs. I have no idea what you are doing but you need much more time to build unless you just want to do a show for the sake of doing a show. I think bulking to quality 220 lbs is unrealistic within the time of 3 to 3 1/2 months and would be one of the worst things you could. You'll wreak your condition and at your height that is all you can hope to bring in as I imagine you'll need to be a middle to look in condition. Any drastic attempt to lose weight if you could push to 220 lbs would cause you to lose too much muscle as you would have not put on 30 lbs by then. At your height you really need to focus on putting on quality weight and having to start a diet in Jan.-Feb. isn't enought time to allow this.

Most people do look better before they bulk man, and i will not loose my abs there there just under some fat now cause im bulking.

I still have 4 months of bulking and 2 months of cutting before my show and i think i can do a good job in that time.

Im going to take 2 months to cut so i can do it right. Drop body fat while keeping the muscle if not gaining a bit more during cutter.

By the end of december i will be 220 pounds and then i will cut down to 195-196 to do lightheavy.

Im not natural by the way and im in no way a noob when it comes to aas.

Then why haven't you put on more size if you aren't noob? Please don't take that the wrong way? I don't see the need to bulk. Just grow into the class as you start to diet then if you disagree with me and what many others in this industry probably would suggest to someone in your shoes. This is why I don't comment much when it comes to matters such as this on the forums. No offense... I just recommend doing it differently. Sincerely, best of luck. I think Pete gave you the best advice you could possibly get. You need a lot more time before you even think of doing a contest. I give you credit for posting pics, but I think your expectations are unrealistic. You say you're no newbie to juice. If that's true, what have you been doing wrong? Why are you still so skinny? I'm not trying to put you down, I just think you have some majorly flawed goals.

You said you won't lose your abs, they're just under some fat.:D Well, that's what Pete meant by "losing your abs". He didn't mean the muscle no longer existed, just that they were hidden by fat. There is no way you will be able to place in, much less win, any contest for a good long time.
 
2 months to cut? I was leaner than you were in your first pics when I started my diet and I did 12 weeks for my diet. 8 weeks isn't a long time and the rate you are going you will be dieting pretty hard and can risk losing what muscle you have gained. Take it slow man. I would take at least 6-8 months to put on quality size and then look into a show.

right there is great info. needtobananabolic, take it or leave it but that right there is a great post and should be your blueprint to building a better body! now its up to you! take the info and improve or ignore and keep going on your current path (which in my opinion isn't very good). but thats just my opinion and im just some random guy on the internet, i don't know you and what you do, but i really suggest you take peters advice! good luck bro whatever you decide to do.
 
I agree with the rest of the guys on the board...Need to give yourself more time to grow and staying lean is the best way to go...

I tried to go the fast route this year and I almost didnt pull it off...I started at around 250 pound and got up to over 270, then gave myself 16 weeks to get into shape...but it cost me...almost 2 hours cardio a day and low carbs for the past 8 weeks (around 100-150 a day) Not fun...at all !!!

I neve said nor acted like i was being insulted.....and i don't plan on being skinny for much longer.

I need to get back up to par with my diet and routine and in a few weeks when everything in in overdrive i will gain really good.

Will be upwards of 7000-8000 calories/day and 500-600 grams protien/day and carbs will be 500-600/day.

Gym 6 days/week with 1 rest day, but i will switch it up here and there and toss in an extra day off to keep me growing.

Guess im just going to have to show u guys some pics end of December huh:)

I have a lot of faith in what im doing and what i think i can do so if i seem overboard at all that's just me, please don't take it as cockyness.

I'd be a hardgainer as well! BigA is a pro..owns this site and trains 3 days a week when trying to grow. You are a self professed hard gainer and train 6 days per week?

I am not trying to be a dickhead or anything. I am 6'1 inches tall. Trust me when I am telling you that it's no fun being on the stage next to a guy who is 6 inches shorter than you are and weighs the same. It makes you look like a swimmer instead of a bodybuilder.

Make no mistake...I see the muscle you've built..you can have a nice body..which you have...just not one that belongs on a BODYBUILDING STAGE...you see what I am saying?

Do me a favor...look in this pictures forum at the guys who have posted about your pics thus far....these guys are NOT random guys on the net.

That plan you've got there is going to be an awesome way to become fat and overtrained. You'll end up in worse shape than when you started.

Are you really going to take in that many cals? With those ratios you'll need almost 250g/fat a day to get 7000 cals/day.

6'2" and 187lbs and you are not a noob? if thats all the bigger you get using AAS maybe you should not worry about competing and just get in good shape and stay healthy. its obvious to me its your diet and training that need to be changed.

Yes it has always been diet........never had it down right due to cash flow, but i got that under controll now.

And when it comes to calories as high as i want i've been told by other pro's that it ok as long as your willing to work REALLY hard when cutting.

Im not saying i know everything cause i don't and im not saying im stuck in my ways cause im not im just going with info that i think to be legit.

Im TOTALY listening to everything being said here.

Ya ok shit im only 187 right now, but guys i WANT to get big so please spill with the info ok.

Honestly i want to hear EVERYTHING u all have to say.
