Great job so far. Keep plugging away Bro. I was immediatly drawn to Delt, pec, arm gains, but your quads are looking like their starting to blow up as well. Keep posting.

First Thank you to all my bros and sis's for your motivation. I still have such a long way to go, but I'll get there. I'll put up a couple more shortly.

Now to answer your questions. Yes everyone is noticing the changes and are all saying the same things. They can't believe that someone can literally change right before their eyes. Frankly I can't believe how fast this is occurring. I feel real good surprisingly. The workouts are brutal. I am a volume, heavy trainer. I do 5-7 sets of most exercises. For instance Chest would end up at 25 or more sets total. Depends on how I feel on the day. Legs 30 sets etc. No I'm Not kidding. Anyone that does not believe this can come down here and let's get it on!! Open invitation! I get up at 4:20am to open my gym at 6:00am. This gives me enough time to eat my first meal and have my all so important coffee before I get here. Next is LBA's at around 8:00. Protein drink meal at 9:30 another LBA's at around 11:00. More Protein drink meal at 12:00 and train around 1-1:30. PWO shake right after followed by a meal of solid food. More LBA's at around 5:00 and then home for dinner at around 7:45. Whole food again. LBA's just before bed around 9-9:30. SO the majority of my meals are liquid and some whole food meals thrown in so I remember what whole food tastes like. I do not do anything too scientificly, it overcomplicates what i believe to be a fairly simple process. Eat, get your protein requirements met, train like a fucking demon and rest. Now my day is also full of training clients and tending to day to day affairs of running a gym. Oh and JT, NO CARDIO YET!! YES, YES! I hate cardio.
