New Member - Competitive bodybuilder

Hey everyone! Quick thread to introduce myself! I decided to join this board and be active on it so I figured i'd start with this.

My name is Julien and I'm a 25years old (soon to be 26) competitive bodybuilder from Montreal, Canada. I did my first show back in november 2012 where I placed second in the light heavyweights weighing in at 192lbs. I plan on competing again in April 2014.. I decided to take a full year ++ offseason.

My goal is to win the provincials and do the Nationals in 2015. I am currently working with John Meadows and started working with him during my prep. At that time he was only taking care of my training but for the offseason and next prep he's doing my diet + training.

a wealth of knowledge too. You look a lot bigger than 192 too!

Julien...I see youre from Canada...was your handle, by any chance,

inspired by Julien from Trailer park Boys??? I'm addicted to that show!
