Congratulations to you and Robroy! Based just on the pics, I think I would have had you in 2nd.. but that's neither here nor there. Anyways, you all looked great. What's next for you, any more shows this year? I know it's been said before, but you need to move up to the LHW class. With your shape and conditioning, at that size.. you'll do very very well. MW is for the midgets (trust me, I know!).

Thanks berserker....We both will be in the AZ Championships this weekend, a very very tough middle weight class, I am really looking forward to it...As soon as I am done I will be taking 2 years to get up to light heavy weight, I am through with being the giant of the class..LOL...Giant at 5-8.5 sounds so funny...Thanks man and I am sure we will meet up on day in the light heavys together...

Was this Rob's first show or has he competed before?

I competed in one other show about 4 yrs. ago, but didn't even place in that one. I really had no clue what I was doing then. I took time to mature into my frame and to get to know my body a little better. So, this is technically my second, but first in my mind.
