OK guys here ya go. This was taken a couple of days ago.
I was in between sets and thinking about my next set. I like the black and white. Kind of makes it old school. And before you guys attack my lame ass calves, I have been working with Phil on this and am seeing improvements, it just takes time. SO I know all about my weak calves.

Black and Whites are the shit. I think most bodybuilding pics look better this way. This reminds me of the animal ads and the old pic of Big Kiwi doing some rediculous weight on the shoulder press.

you look straight out of one of those inspirational "unversal nutrtion/ animal pak" posters. You can really tell the difference between a physique built over a few years vs a couple decades, the second deserves the utmost respect, as most will never have the fortitude to endure that type of consistency and dedication
