New to the forum.

Hey guys i have been coming to this forum for a long time, and just recently signed up to be a member. Everyone one here seems like they know what there talking about, and are extremely knowledgeable. Just wanted to say im impressed with how much everyone helps each other.

I think me and you will be good friend, I lurked for months before joining. I was watching pro builders giving each other advice and did not think I could ever keep up with these guys and I am still trying. lol

Its a good place and its nice to see someone who respects this place. You will like it here.

Welcome brother. This is def. the best place on the net for research and articles. I spend days on here just reading. I wish I could actually contribute more with posting I just feel like I should learn as much as possible in the hope of not sounding dumb. The knowledge on here is INCREDIBLE!

Yeah i think i will love this place lol, im a PT and a big fitness company owner, and i cant even come close to hanging with the knowledge this forum offers. Everytime i check all the threads and read and think im done, i refresh and there 10 more lol.

I was a big voice of reason and advice @ bodybuilding.com but that place is a joke now. need real advice to help further my goals.

Ive read many things on here that really opened my eyes, that some people actually like helping each other. Which is what i need.
