I hope all of you Promuscle Bro's know how lucky you are to be members on this board.
It doesn't get any better than this. From Sponsors to Mods you can be sure that these are players who have lots of experience and knowledge.
Sadly, we have all had to learn from the mistakes of others. Many of those who have been hurt were our aquaintences and friends.

1. Never have gym supples sent to your home. You don't want trouble at the front door of your family home. The number of problems associated with small orders and subsequent negative issues related to small orders is tremendous. This probably represents the largest share of problems for the community. The point is, if theres a problem at home, you can't just lcck the doors and refuse to come out. Thats why you spend $10 - $15 a month for a mailbox.
2. Always use a rental mailbox to keep the old lady from knowing you are investing in gym supplies. It insulates you from problems. Do put your ministry name or your ebay name down on the postal form and never recieve in your real name. I have known lots people who were bringing in gym equipment internationally ( evidently they didn't want to declare it ) and who had a problem with a shipment. Turns out because they never recieved in their real name and no one showed up at the mailbox to check the ID used to open the box, they were never connected to that problem order. They were insulated as they created a barrier that had to be overcome in order to ID them at a time when the resources are just not there to followup on small equipment orders. Whatsmore, they tell me if they ever did get a call from their mailbox shop or if someone did show up at the house with the pack destined for the rental mailbox that would signify things didn't go as expected. They tell me ma and pa shops are more comfortable and that if they are out of town the order can sit for weeks.
3. Becareful that you are going with a seasoned supplier who hopefully hasn't had to many business issues in the past. New providers may do stupid stuff like accept payments via mail, use email services like harshmail or cyberjoke, have their transactiones videotaped, be locally involved, or be involved with recreationals. Guys who have recent legal problems are also a concern as these kind of problems only seem to predispose them to more problems. Go with the vet sponsors which is about all you find here on PM. They have learned from their own mistakes and the mistakes of others.
4. Look there are only aquaintenances here as you can't afford to be directly involved with people. I know more than most how many cool guys I respect on this board, but I can't ID any of them. The only one who should be able to physically connect you should be your equipment supplier and then he should only get your ministry or company name. You can compromise to the degree you want to but never forget you were warned. The stakes are too high. We can all meet at the Olympia and party after we are out of the game.
5. You should get one " get out of jail " pass if you have no criminal record and you are only dealing with small amounts of supplies. Now that means you don't ever leave anything lying around that will hurt you. Or a dirty hard drive. So the only place you should ever be hurt is picking up and some would say if you had your wits about you, that should never happen. But get a bunch of buddies involved locally or give the grlfriend insight into your game and when she decides to leave you watchout!!! The game is played so even your brother and your girl don't really know how you play. Do you know how to keep your mouth shut and still be respectful. Nobody likes a rat, not even those that use them. But unless you have rehearsed over and over again how you are going to give a very limited response you may do what 80% of all those who get in trouble do; say to much!!
6. For better or for worse, everything changes when you ride that first cycle. It will be the best and worst of times even if you do everything right. Do you understand if you are 22 that you may be talking 30 years or more on? Do you really understand that. Don't blow it on stupid sh*t early on. Many of us were in our 30's or 40's when we cycled and we understand how lucky we are to still be here on PM. Think seriously about crossing the line as once you cross it you will never know what life would have been like had you not.
7. Newbe's get rid of the aol,harshmail,cyberjoke, hotmail accounts and go with gmail or safe-mail if you don't want to pay. There is a bullsh*t article on the net about safe-mail being bought by some goverment agency. I wouldn't worry about any of the secure services because they won't waste their time with your personal stuff. Suppliers get what they pay for and nobody was paying for harshmail when they got banged hard.
Don't listen to the guys that tell you you can't use a company name or ministry name on the psotal form without a business license. It happens everyday all over the US. I even heard of a guy who recently used a photocopy of 2 pieces of ID to open a mailbox and one who only needed one piece of ID not two. These were all in the last two months. Just goes to show you that you should be looking for mailbox shop owners who are flexible and not anal like some of the chain shops.
