thanks very much for the compliments. I know my skin is an issue, ive struggled with acne for years, genuinely a genetic thing.

ive never taken a year off from doing shows, I did teen nationals in july, where I placed fifth in middles. wasn't really too happy about that. so ive decided to take time off until i get to 230 with this same conditioning as im at now (cleanish bulk) and compete again. not really sure what show though. im all ears to suggestions.

ive also got some lifting vids on my youtube channel yall can check out, like a 500lb barbell shrug and such. just didn't want to spam with posts.
